Director, Strategy & Transformation

The Director of Strategy & Transformation at Revlon will collaborate closely with the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer and the Executive Leadership Team to drive growth and transformation initiatives across the company. This role involves leading strategic projects, supporting M&A efforts, and providing insights to shape corporate strategy. The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to foster relationships across various functions to ensure successful execution of key initiatives.

• Base pay range of $175,000 - $190,000 / year
