Conference Operations Executive

As a Conference Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences each year, managing venues, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure a seamless experience. Your role will involve supplier research and management, event planning, and internal team support, requiring a keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
