What the job really is

As an HR Business Partner at Rent the Runway, you will collaborate with Fulfillment Operations Senior Management to implement HR strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include managing HR initiatives, guiding leaders on employee relations, overseeing talent development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. This role requires a hands-on approach to support a high-volume Fulfillment Center while fostering a diverse and collaborative workplace culture.
