What the job really is

As the HR lead for Fulfillment Centers at Rent the Runway, you will oversee all people-related matters at the distribution centers in Secaucus, NJ, and Arlington, TX. Your role involves collaborating with senior management to implement HR programs, managing a team of HR professionals, and ensuring effective employee engagement and compliance with labor regulations. You will also lead initiatives to enhance workplace culture and support the overall goals of the People Team.
