What the job really is

As a Customer Success Manager III at Renaissance, you will manage a portfolio of district and school-level accounts, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes with the company's education technology solutions. Your role involves onboarding new customers, driving engagement and adoption, identifying upselling opportunities, and collaborating with sales to enhance account growth. You will also gather customer feedback to inform product development and serve as a mentor within the organization.
