Workers' Compensation Appeal Specialist

As a Workers' Compensation Appeals Specialist at Reliant Health Partners, you will manage post-payment disputes related to Workers' Compensation bills, conducting provider outreach and negotiating charges. Your role involves educating providers on billing practices, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining thorough documentation of communications and resolutions. You will support cost containment efforts while adhering to client protocols and state-specific standards.

• Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications; salary range provided is $55,000 — $65,000 USD
• Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses and merit increases, as well as sales commissions based on a specific plan
• Role involves managing a caseload which may require strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple disputes simultaneously
