  • Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant industry experience (or MS with 6+ years, or BS with 8+ years) in small molecule pharmaceutical analytical development
  • Demonstrated expertise leading analytical method development, validation, troubleshooting, and quality control programs
  • Deep, hands-on analytical knowledge and technical authority in small molecule analytical methods for drug substance and solid-state characterization
  • Strong working expertise across analytical instrumentation including HPLC, GC, KF titration, XRPD, ICP-MS, UV, and solid-state characterization techniques
  • Confident communicator and cross-functional influencer

What the job really is

In this role, you will lead the analytical method development and validation for small molecule new chemical entities (NCEs) from early development through commercial readiness. You will oversee QC testing, manage projects across multiple programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and scientific rigor in analytical processes.
