What the job really is

The Case Manager I and II positions at the Regional Center of the East Bay involve managing the case management process for individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assessing needs, developing and implementing Individual Program Plans (IPP) or Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP), advocating for consumer rights, and ensuring the delivery of appropriate services. Case Managers will also monitor consumer health and safety while maintaining necessary documentation and compliance with policies.
