What they actually want (must-haves)
  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from a NAAB-accredited program, or a degree path accepted by NCARB for licensure
  • 10+ years of professional architectural experience, including at least 5 years on industrial, manufacturing, or process facility projects
  • Licensed Architect in Nevada, or currently licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction with an active NCARB Certificate and the ability to obtain Nevada licensure within six months of start
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D software, especially Revit and Bluebeam Revu
  • Strong working knowledge of the IBC, IFC, and ADA, construction documentation, detailing, and various project delivery methods
  • Experience with hazardous materials code application — H-occupancy classification, control area design, and MAQ analysis

  • Relevant experience in sectors like manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food processing, or chemical/refining.
