What they actually want (must-haves)
  • Current Journeyman Electrician (JW) License
  • Minimum 7+ years of industrial or commercial electrical experience
  • Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, and electrical systems up to 480 VAC
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and schematics
  • Experience with manpower planning, scheduling, labor forecasting, estimating, material management, and tool accountability
