What the job really is

As a Senior Director of Customer Experience, you will lead customer experience initiatives within strategic client partnerships and develop experience talent at RV Growth & Transformation. Your role involves overseeing the entire experience lifecycle, from strategy and customer insights to UX/UI and delivery, while also integrating AI/ML capabilities into customer journeys. You will build relationships with senior clients, lead multidisciplinary teams, and drive measurable outcomes through continuous learning and feedback.
