Maintenance Technician - Full-Time

The Maintenance Technician at Redstone Residential is responsible for maintaining the property and enhancing the living experience for residents. Daily tasks include performing basic repairs, ensuring cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, overseeing apartment turnovers, and responding to maintenance emergencies. The role emphasizes customer service and teamwork while adhering to company policies and procedures.
