Learning & Development Manager

The Learning & Development Manager at Rectangle Health is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing learning programs that enhance employee performance and product knowledge. This role involves overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS), developing training content, and collaborating with various departments to ensure effective training and enablement. The manager will also analyze training effectiveness and maintain learning resources to support organizational growth.

• $70,000 – $90,000 annual base salary (commensurate with experience)
