Director of Product

As the Director of Product and Design at Recidiviz, you will lead a team of product managers and designers focused on building technology that improves outcomes in the criminal justice system. Your role involves setting strategic direction, mentoring team members, and ensuring product usability and engagement. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including government leaders, to drive positive correctional outcomes and modernize workflows.
