  • Demonstrated track record of originating and advancing opportunities that shaped key strategic or acquisition decisions
  • Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills
  • Strong fluency in U.S. government manufacturing priorities, acquisition mechanisms, industrial base policy, and relevant funding vehicles
Nice to have
  • Prior service in a senior government role with responsibility for industrial base, acquisition, or manufacturing policy
  • Experience working with or within defense prime contractors in a business development or strategy capacity
  • Familiarity with the advanced manufacturing technology landscape
  • Existing relationships with key stakeholders in the Office of the Secretary of Defense and relevant Congressional committees
  • Regular Washington, D.C.-area presence required; travel to Re:Build operating companies and customer sites expected
