What the job really is

As a Client Success Associate at Reachdesk, you will support onboarding and manage a smaller portfolio of new clients, helping them utilize the platform for gifting and branded merchandise programs. You will build relationships with key stakeholders, develop gifting strategies, and drive client engagement while working towards a promotion to Client Success Manager based on performance.
