What the job really is

The Senior Client Success Concierge at Realtor.com® is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to premium clients in the real estate sector. This role involves making over 300 calls daily to assess client needs and facilitate connections with real estate professionals, all while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and empathy. The position requires collaboration within a team and the ability to work independently, with a focus on achieving performance metrics and delivering a 'white-glove' service experience.
