Senior Client Success Concierge

As a Senior Client Success Concierge at Realtor.com®, you will engage with premium customers through various communication channels, providing high-quality service and support during the home buying or selling process. Your role involves making a high volume of calls to identify client needs, conducting thorough discovery to connect them with real estate professionals, and working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• $22/hour starting pay with commission for $65,000 total target annual pay based on performance
