What the job really is

The Product & GTM Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for roles within the Marketing, Go-to-Market, and Product management teams at Realtor.com®. This position involves actively sourcing and evaluating candidates, building relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The recruiter will also represent the company at local events and collaborate with the recruiting team to improve hiring practices.
