What the job really is

The Senior Manager, Global Deal Desk will build and lead the Deal Desk function at Raptor, focusing on enabling the execution of complex, non-standard deals. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Legal to establish frameworks for deal structure, pricing, and approvals while ensuring smooth operations within commercial policies. The manager will also create playbooks for navigating complex transactions and continuously improve processes as the business evolves.
