What the job really is

As a Recruiting Operations Coordinator at Rangeview, you will support the recruiting process by scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and engaging with candidates. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and gradually take on more responsibilities in recruiting operations and sourcing. This role offers a chance to grow within the recruiting field or explore other operational areas as the company expands.
