What the job really is

The HR & Operations Manager at PUBG Studios Seattle will oversee day-to-day HR functions and workplace operations for the Bellevue studio. This role involves managing employee support, onboarding, performance management, and compliance, while also fostering a positive workplace culture and addressing employee concerns. The manager will collaborate with leadership and HR partners on sensitive matters and ensure effective communication and operational efficiency within the studio.
