What the job really is

The Product Operations Lead at Prove will support the Chief Product Officer by streamlining product processes and driving strategic initiatives. This role involves KPI tracking, process optimization, and managing operational cadences within the product team. The individual will also represent the CPO in meetings, create executive communications, and lead cross-functional projects.
