Director, Product Strategy

The Director of Product Strategy at Proto will lead innovation and transformation efforts by defining product and experience concepts based on user needs and technical possibilities. This role involves structuring complex problem spaces, guiding teams through prototyping to execution, and facilitating decision-making with senior stakeholders. The director will also contribute to internal practices and frameworks to enhance engagement quality.

• Base salary for this position is $170,000-$190,000
• Work-from-office flexibility based on personal preferences and collaboration needs
• Support for workplace flexibility and work-from-anywhere within a 3-hour time zone of eastern standard time zone
• Core business hours are generally 9:30am-6:00pm EST, with flexible working hours based on client needs
