Director, Experience Design

The Director of Experience Design at Proto is responsible for leading the design direction on complex projects, focusing on user behavior and system organization. This role involves creating tangible prototypes and facilitating decision-making with clients, while also managing and developing a team of designers. The position requires a hands-on approach, ensuring that design principles are upheld from concept through delivery, and contributing to the growth of the Experience practice within the company.

• Base salary of $170,000-$190,000
• Work-from-office flexibility based on personal preferences and collaboration needs
• Support for workplace flexibility and work-from-anywhere options within a 3-hour time zone of Eastern Standard Time
• Core business hours generally from 9:30am-6:00pm EST
