Remote Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Arizona

As a Remote Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) at Prosper Health, you will provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth. You will utilize psychological evaluations to inform treatment plans, prescribe medications, and collaborate with clinical leadership to refine care models and protocols. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to help build a new medication management program.

• $140 per intake appointment (up to 60 min), $70 per follow-up appointment (up to 30 min)
• $140 per hour for time spent on onboarding, training, and program-building work
• Up to $3,000 in sign-on and milestone bonuses
• 50% reimbursement for no-shows and client-initiated cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment
