Property Accountant

As a Property Accountant at Prometheus, you will be responsible for performing real estate accounting duties for both operating and development properties. Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing financial statements, conducting monthly financial analyses, completing month-end close activities, and assisting with audit and tax responsibilities. You will work closely with the accounting team to ensure all financial records are accurate and compliant with GAAP standards.

• Pay Range: $76,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
