Director of Product Operations

As the Director of Product Operations at project44, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment between Product, Sales, and Professional Services. Your role involves managing product readiness, overseeing program management, and maintaining quality and compliance systems. You will act as a proxy for the Chief Product Officer in executive communications and decision-making, while also focusing on AI governance and data quality across projects.

• Base salary range of $215,000 – $355,000 + bonus eligibility
