GTM Training and Enablement Manager

The Go-to-Market Training and Enablement Manager at Procare Solutions is responsible for creating and delivering training programs for customer-facing teams, including Customer Success, Retention, Customer Support, and Implementation. This role involves conducting training sessions, assessing performance, collaborating with various departments, and maintaining enablement resources to ensure teams are equipped to effectively sell and support the company's SaaS solutions.

• Salary range is $110,000 - $130,000/year DOE
• Position requires in-office work a minimum of 3 days per week in a hybrid model
