Director of Engineering

As the Director of Engineering at Prismatic, you will lead a team of engineers, focusing on managing and coaching them while overseeing the execution of engineering initiatives. You will partner with Product to ensure timely delivery and quality, contribute to hiring efforts, and address any risks that may arise across projects. While this role is not hands-on in coding, your technical expertise will be essential for decision-making and architectural discussions.
