What the job really is

The Card Program Manager at Prezzee will oversee the operational lifecycle of various prepaid card programs, ensuring their performance and smooth onboarding of new partners. Daily tasks include monitoring card performance, managing escalated issues with network partners, and coordinating multiple partner implementations. The role also involves providing operational support to internal teams and participating in out-of-hours support as needed.
