What the job really is

The Data and Analytics Engineer III will focus on developing and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, building analytical dashboards, and writing code in Python, R, and SQL to support analytics workflows. This role involves collaborating with data scientists, mentoring junior team members, and integrating AI-driven tools to enhance data processing. The position requires a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the improvement of engineering standards and practices.
