Head of Engineering, Infrastructure & SRE

As the Head of Engineering for Infrastructure and SRE at Postman, you will lead a distributed team focused on building and maintaining cloud agnostic infrastructure that supports a high-traffic API platform. Your role involves setting technical direction, managing the SRE function, and ensuring operational excellence while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will work closely with various engineering teams to align infrastructure priorities with company goals and drive initiatives that enhance reliability and performance.

• Base salary range from $290,000 to $340,000, plus a competitive equity package.
