As a Pediatric Triage RN at Pomelo Care, you will provide patient-centered clinical care to pediatric patients through various modalities including chat, phone, and video visits. Your responsibilities include assessing urgent pediatric concerns, triaging patients, documenting care interactions, and engaging with patients to reduce care gaps.
