The People Partner at The Pokémon Company International is responsible for coaching managers on performance management, talent decisions, and organizational effectiveness. This role involves building leadership capabilities, assessing organizational health, and developing scalable solutions to enhance manager effectiveness. The People Partner serves as a trusted advisor, facilitating talent reviews and supporting leaders through organizational changes.

• Base Salary Range: $95,638 - $127,250 per year
