What the job really is

In this role as a Psychologist on Point72's Intelligence team, you will leverage your expertise in psychology to assess and interview candidates, develop research-driven assessment tools, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leaders. You will be involved in designing and conducting applied research, synthesizing findings into reports, and advising on team processes, all while collaborating across departments.
