What they actually want (must-haves)
  • 1 - 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the SaaS space
  • Experience filling a variety of roles such as Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A, and/or Sales
  • Track record or aptitude for successfully identifying and qualifying a diverse pool of candidates through LinkedIn, resume reviews, and other creative methods

What the job really is

As an Associate Recruiter at Podium, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, developing and executing hiring strategies, and partnering with senior leaders across various business functions. Your role will involve sourcing diverse candidates, tracking hiring metrics, and implementing innovative recruiting changes to enhance the candidate experience. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to attract and close top talent in a fast-paced environment.
