  • High desire and aptitude to support Quality Leads/Managers while coaching and growing junior technicians
  • Success in executing root-cause countermeasures that yield measurable quality and yield improvements
What the job really is

The Senior Quality Engineer at Planet will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems in the manufacturing facility. This role involves hands-on quality inspection, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance product reliability and efficiency. The engineer will also mentor quality technicians and support audit preparations while monitoring quality metrics and optimizing manufacturing processes.
