What the job really is

As a Senior Title Specialist at Pippin Title, you will perform and review complex title searches, analyze chains of title, and prepare detailed title reports. Your role will involve verifying ownership and encumbrances, interpreting various legal documents, and ensuring that all necessary documents are accurately presented. You will also conduct quality reviews of title searches and resolve any discrepancies that arise during the process.
