Senior Title Examiner

As a Senior Title Examiner at Pippin Title, you will be responsible for performing title searches and examining property records to establish ownership and the chain of title. Your day-to-day tasks will include reviewing various legal documents, identifying potential title issues, and preparing title reports while collaborating with other title professionals to resolve discrepancies.
