What the job really is

As a Senior Staff Software Engineer on the Data Platform team at Ping Identity, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining governance capabilities for AI agents across various platforms. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement secure AI solutions, monitor performance, and enhance identity governance features. You will also prototype new capabilities and contribute to the documentation of processes and best practices.
