What the job really is

As an Infrastructure Engineer at Pico, you will support, implement, and maintain the corporate IT environment, including user support and backend systems. Your responsibilities will include managing Citrix VDI solutions, liaising with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will also participate in on-call coverage and manage special projects as assigned.
