What the job really is

The Operations Specialist I - WMS and Controls is responsible for supporting Warehouse Management Systems and automated material handling technologies within the Distribution Center. Daily tasks include troubleshooting system issues, coordinating system performance, assisting with training, and ensuring compliance with operational procedures. The role also involves collaboration with various teams to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.
