As a Barista at Philz, you will be actively engaged in making drinks, preparing food orders, working the register, and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels. You will work closely with a supportive team, embodying the company's core values while contributing to a positive community atmosphere.

• Starting base hourly rate of $20.50 to $21.50
• Participation in a tip pool averaging $7.00 additional per hour
