Lakeshore Oakland - Shift Supervisor

As a Shift Supervisor at Philz, you will oversee daily shift activities, motivate and inspire team members, and ensure high-quality service and drink preparation. You will also build relationships with customers and the community, assess team performance, and assist with training new hires while maintaining safety programs.

• Starting base hourly rate of $22.55 - $24.55
