Mission Valley San Diego - Barista

As a Barista at Philz, you will be actively engaged in making drinks, preparing food orders, operating the register, and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels. You will work as part of a supportive team, embodying the company's core values while contributing to a positive community atmosphere. No prior barista experience is necessary, as training will be provided for those with a passion for customer service.

• Starting base hourly rate of $20.50-$21.50
• Participation in a tip pool with an average of $3.00 additional per hour
