As a Barista at Philz, you will engage in various tasks throughout your shift, including making drinks, preparing food orders, operating the register, and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels. • Starting base hourly rate of $20.50 to $21.50
• Participation in a tip pool averaging an additional $5.00 per hour
