Lakeshore Oakland - Barista

As a Barista at Philz, you will be actively engaged in making drinks, preparing food orders, operating the register, and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels. You will work closely with a supportive team to create a warm and inclusive environment, embodying the company's core values while enhancing the customer experience.

• Starting base hourly rate of $20.50 - $21.50
• Participation in a tip pool averaging an additional $6.00 per hour
