As a Barista at Philz, you will be actively engaged in various tasks such as making drinks, preparing food orders, operating the register, and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels. You will work closely with a supportive team to create a warm and inclusive atmosphere, embodying the company’s core values while focusing on enhancing customers' experiences.

• Starting base hourly rate of $20.50-$21.50
• Participation in a tip pool with an average of $6.00 additional per hour
