DeAnza Cupertino - Barista

As a Barista at Philz, you'll be engaged in various tasks throughout your shift, including making drinks, preparing food orders, operating the register, and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels. You'll work closely with a supportive team, embodying the company's core values while contributing to a positive customer experience and community building.

• Starting base hourly rate of $20.50 to $21.50
• Participation in a tip pool with an average of $5.00 additional per hour
